3rd grade service and rooms.Bathroom water comes with insects and so much impurities. In 402 and 403 AC not working properly I think all rooms has same situation.-Plates in southern souls restaurant were not cleaned properly.

I stayed at MPT Palash during Christmas holidays with family. I chose it for it's location. It is near to multiple tourist location in Bhopal like Birla Mandir and New Market. It's big hotel with plenty of parking space.Pros-Restaurant - I must say it has one of the best restaurant in Bhopal. Food was so delicious that I still remember it's taste. They also have their own Bakery which is amazingly delicious too. Must try donuts.Staff - Very polite and helping staff. Right from check-in till check-out every staff member made sure our stay is comfortable.Parking - Lots of parking space. No need to worry of parking if you are coming with your own vehicle.Location - Famous New Market is just on walking distance. Also close to Birla Mandir and many other attractions.Cons-Room - I stayed in AC room. Mattress is of very lower quality. It's not memory foam standard Mattress and got back pain next day.Bathroom is also very small and taking shower will make entire bathroom wet.Toiletries are available.Overall I had good experience with MPT Palash.
