FabHotel Prime Ramaye, Bhopal Railway Station

I had a very upsetting experience at Ramaye Hotel, Bhopal. On the day of an important exam, I hurried to the hotel and accidentally transferred ₹15,000 instead of ₹1,500 via UPI while paying. I left immediately for my exam and only realized the error after returning. When I reached out to the hotel, they told me the staff member who handled the payment was "on leave." Rather than helping me, they kept postponing the refund with changing times like 6 PM, 7 PM, 9 PM, and even the next day. Their attitude felt like they were avoiding refunding me instead of fixing the issue. After many follow-ups and a long argument, the extra money was finally returned. During the whole time, the staff were rude to me and my brother and acted very unprofessionally. Instead of assuring us our money was safe, they kept changing the subject and caused us a lot of stress. Although the refund was made, the experience was very scary and mentally draining. I hope the management trains their staff to deal with genuine payment errors honestly, kindly, and professionally.

Rather than assisting us calmly to fix the issue, the staff was unhelpful, and we had to argue extensively before the extra amount was returned. My sister and I were alone, and the whole situation left us feeling scared and uneasy. Although the hotel eventually refunded the excess payment, the handling of the situation was unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress. I hope the management trains their staff to manage payment errors more politely and responsibly so future guests don't face similar problems.

The staff were terrible, unprofessional, and argued with me about the pricing. Initially, they gave one price, but at checkout, it changed with an added GST charge. The final amount they told me when booking was different. Also, the staff showed unprofessional behavior by quoting different prices to different guests. I saw them give a completely different price to someone else right in front of me. The prices are not consistent. I would not suggest anyone stay here.

The hotel is excellent and the staff are very kind, especially Mr. Jai Prakash who is a very nice person. Additionally, the hotel is located close to Bhopal railway station.
