I booked this place only because of 24x7 checkin-checkout, breakfast availability and reviews on cleanliness. I checked in with my son around 3:00 a.m. and expected a comfortable stay for the next three days. They promised breakfast will be ready at 8 and we will receive it in the room itself. While the room was spacious and superficially clean, the linen and pillow covers were visibly worn and torn. I decided to ignore it as it was still clean.Then as I tried turning on hot water around 8 a.m. it didn't work. After checking for few minutes, I went down to reception around 8.15 a.m. and informed the staff. I was told that hot water would come later and a bucket of hot water was sent to the room after 10 minutes which was definitely not enough for 2 people and it was getting late for us too. We just ended up washing our faces and had a mild superficial bath as we had to leave for official work sharp at 9.30. a.m.During the same conversation, I also informed them that I wanted breakfast and told them to give to my room. The room service staff instructed to place the order using the room phone and told what number to dial.From approximately 8:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m., I repeatedly tried to dial using the room phone. No one answered. In fact, I was not even sure whether the call was connecting properly as there was no clear ringing tone.By this point, I was already running late and became increasingly frustrated. I was in Bhopal for important work and would be staying in the city for several days. This was not a leisure trip, and I could not plan basic needs such as bathing and breakfast around the convenience of the hotel staff.I therefore decided to check out immediately and move elsewhere.Unfortunately, the checkout experience was far worse than the room issues. Instead of listening to my concerns, the manager became argumentative, aggressive and repeatedly accused me of lying. He insisted that I had never requested breakfast and repeatedly stated that the hotel was providing hot water "when asked," as though guests should have to search for staff and request basic facilities each time they wished to bathe. Even when that other staff member acknowledged that I did ask for food when I came down for water and he gave the phone intercom number instead of taking order in person, the manager refused to listen to him and kept shouting.The discussion became unnecessarily hostile and at one point the manager even threatened to involve the police. As a guest travelling from another city, I found this behaviour intimidating, completely unprofessional and wholly unacceptable.Maintenance issues can happen in any hotel. What matters is how management responds when a guest raises concerns.Unfortunately, the attitude, accusations and confrontational behaviour I experienced were far more disappointing than the room itself.Also I escaped with this much threat only because a local known cab driver was talking on behalf of me to the manager, as I do not know hindi. Initially when I tried to decently inform reception that I'm checking out, by making my husband talk to the manager over phone in hindi, the manager literally forced the phone back to me mid-conversation. So only I had to request the cab driver to talk on my behalf.I honestly wanted to record the entire thing and raise a huge complaint but I was running late for the work I came for and the manager was already behaving very rudely so I was scared for my safety.They charge 2200 for a room and provide such bad services. Only because of my irregular train timing I ended up here early morning. Had I known this type of hospitality I would have booked some other better place for an additional day as anyways I'll be paying an additional day because of this incident.

It is in a very good location and the owner and staff here are very good, you will not find a better hotel than this anywhere in Bhopal.
