Safal Retreat

I booked multiple rooms at Safal Retreat for my guests through an online booking platform. Since I had so many guests arriving, I called the hotel ahead of time to ask if they could help make the check-in process smooth.They asked me for the guest list and managed the whole check-in process in a very organized way. They even kept me updated and notified me if any guest was missing. All my guests checked in without a single issue! I am so glad and thankful for their amazing support and hospitality. Highly recommend them!

I should have given 5 stars but need to be critic as I want and see a scope at the hotel to be best. This hotel has every thing that a star hotel should have. Right from theLocation.....serene, quiet and easy located with greenery around.Front Desk .... You get greeted by smiling faces and wonderful front desk managers with easy and fast access to roomsRooms ..... Spacious, comfortable and hygienicRoom Service / Housekeeping...... Good staffs with courteous smiles and very soft spoken.Not to forget to mention managers Ms. Baijanti and Mr. Akashdeep who would go out of the way to ensure your comfortable stay here.All good except the food quality with the kind of pricing. The food is bit on expensive side with quality and taste not so great which is why I gave 4 stars. The chef needs to really work hard and that's where the hotel needs to improve.Rest.... I will sure recommend everyone coming to Bhopal to stay here and undoubtedly I will continue staying with a hope that their food quality is improved.

We recently hosted our wedding at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected’especially considering the premium pricing they charge.From the beginning, there was a clear lack of coordination and ownership from the hotel staff. For almost every arrangement’be it d??cor setup, guest management, room readiness, or event timelines’our team had to constantly follow up multiple times. Instead of the hotel proactively managing such an important event, we found ourselves doing their job, which added a lot of unnecessary stress during what should have been a smooth and memorable occasion.The service quality did not match the prices at all. Basic hospitality expectations like timely responses, clear communication, and attention to detail were missing. There were delays and confusion at several points, and it often felt like the staff was either understaffed or not properly trained to handle large events like weddings.When you choose a venue for such a significant life event, you expect professionalism, seamless execution, and support. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver on all those fronts. While the property itself may look appealing, the backend management and service experience need serious improvement.

Safal Retreat in Bhopal is a wonderful place to stay.The location is excellent and the property gives a beautiful heritage-like feel.The rooms are spacious, neat, and very well maintained, although the washrooms are a bit cozy.The large lawn area adds great charm to the property and creates a very pleasant atmosphere. The dining facilities are also very good, with both indoor and outdoor lawn dining available, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was tasty and well prepared. Overall, it was a very good and satisfying experience.

A very nice place for the weddings and other functions.Food and service is up to the mark, maybe slightly overpriced but acceptable. The location and landscape is good. They have a big lawn for outdoor use, a nice and big banquet and cozy rooms for staying. Overall the property is good and we had fun at the wedding. Thanks Safal Retreat and other agencies for making such wonderful arrangements for my sister's wedding. ’’’’’’’’’?
