Stayed at the property on 30 Apr 26 (Room 209) and again on 02 May 26 (Room 219), and had a consistently excellent experience.The hotel’s prime, well-connected location makes getting around Bhopal easy’less time in traffic, more time to relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant ambience that made the stay completely hassle-free.Special thanks to Mr. Sunny Singh, Front Office Executive, for his professionalism, warm behaviour, and prompt assistance. There was sudden programme to visit Bhopal. Then we got this Palette Hotel Nisarga MP Nagar. When we contact for booking a warm welcoming Young Voice from other side was received ready to help and make our stay memorable. Name of the young dynamic person was Mr. Sunny Singh.When we reached the property we were impressed with the location.There we found Mr. Sunny. Young and full of ENERGY. We were given welcome and was taken to our designated room. For our great surprise extra bed with Blanket was already placed for two children accompanying.. We entered water bottle was served and order for dinner was taken and within twenty mimutes it was served. A great experience of stay. And our family decided next time also we will stay in this Hotel only. All due to Pleasent experience and sevice provided under Front Desk Manager Mr. Sunny Singh. I give thus Hotel full Marks 10 out of 10.
