My room was extremely dusty and felt neglected. It looked like a corner room that hadn't been properly maintained. I was given a room on the 3rd floor, and when I requested a room change, I was told there was no availability.What disappointed me the most was the staff's rude attitude. We had booked the room well in advance, so I expected much better service.I especially would not recommend this place for single women travellers. Feeling safe and comfortable is very important, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Had a great time at the hub street, which has been offering delicious food to the city for many years. It was a wonderful place to celebrate a family occasion. Definitely worth visiting. Thanks to Ms. Shivani and Anjali for the excellent service. Regards

I had a very disappointing experience at Hustreet Hotel, Bhopal. The hotel was not well maintained, and the overall cleanliness and quality did not meet even basic expectations. The rooms felt neglected, and the facilities were below average.What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the staff. They were rude, unprofessional, and showed very little interest in helping guests. Instead of resolving concerns politely, they came across as dismissive and unfriendly.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. There are much better options available in Bhopal that offer better service and hospitality.
