The hotel was good overall, with great service and a comfortable stay during my visit. The staff was polite and the hospitality experience while staying there was satisfactory.However, my experience after checkout was extremely disappointing. I unfortunately lost my gold earrings at the hotel and contacted the staff multiple times for help. Initially, I tried calling several times, but later my calls were either ignored or not answered at all. I expected at least some support, concern, or proper follow-up from the hotel management regarding such an important lost item.A hotel’s responsibility toward guests should not end immediately after checkout. Even if the item was not found, professional communication and a proper response would have made a big difference. The lack of response and post-checkout support left me feeling ignored and disappointed.Overall, the stay experience was good, but the handling of this situation negatively affected my trust and overall impression of the hotel.

Hotel Atishay is very nice, clean and one of the best hotels in bhopal, centrally located near Rani kamlapati railway station, just 2 kms from railway station. And their rooms are Very clean , neat and they have buffet breakfast available. And staff is very courteous, the food is very tasty. Overall its the best hotel !!
