This hotel stay was the most disappointing experience I've ever had. The room was filthy, the bedsheets seemed like they hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom had a bad odor, and there was no hot water. Despite complaining multiple times, the staff did not help. The air conditioning barely functioned, and essential amenities were missing. I paid a high price but got a room that didn't justify the cost at all. I won't return here and strongly recommend others to stay away. It was a total waste of money and time.

My stay did not meet my expectations for comfort. The room lacked proper cleaning, and the hygiene and upkeep left much to be desired. The air conditioning was faulty, and the towel given was subpar. Moreover, the bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep well. The hotel's location was the only notable positive. Overall, the hotel needs to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort significantly.

The worst experience ever! I strongly advise against booking this hotel. The service is terrible, staff ignore customers, the bedsheets and covers are dirty, and basic amenities like lights, AC, and geyser either are missing or don't function well. Avoid this place at all costs.
