My son and his wife traveled here to celebrate her birthday with a special surprise. Unfortunately, what should have been a joyful and memorable event turned out to be very disappointing. They came from far away with high hopes based on positive reviews, but the service, arrangements, and overall experience fell far short, especially given the significance of the birthday. It's disheartening when someone tries to create a wonderful memory for a loved one but ends up feeling let down and frustrated. I strongly urge the management to focus more on customer service and the overall guest experience, particularly for those celebrating special occasions. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements for future visitors.

My experience was the worst ever and very disappointing. I planned a special birthday surprise for my wife during our trip to India, choosing Empire by Zuper based on a friend's suggestion. I paid about ₹15,000 for the package, including pick-up and drop-off, hoping for a memorable time. The place was quite far from Bhopal, and we had to arrange our own Ola ride. The driver even warned us that booking this place might lead to bad memories, which sadly turned out true. Upon arrival, there was no proper welcome, and the room's toilet was unclean and unflushed. The food was cold, and the pizza was undercooked. What was meant to be a special birthday turned into one of the worst experiences for my wife. Leaving was worse as the promised cab was not arranged; after waiting a long time, they sent an auto, which cost us ₹1,000—three times more than the previous day's transport. Given the money spent, I expected better service, cleanliness, food, and hospitality. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and spoiled the birthday surprise. I cannot recommend this place based on what we went through.

We recently spent time at Empire by Zuper in Bhopal and thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay. For those seeking a stunning property that blends luxury with peace, this resort is an outstanding option. The grounds are beautifully maintained, stretching over acres of greenery with a welcoming pool area that instantly creates a calm atmosphere. It's very serene and refreshing, ideal for relaxing and escaping city noise. Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, providing a great place to rest after sightseeing. What really made our visit special was the excellent hospitality. The staff and management were exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home, with every interaction being professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. We had a fantastic experience and would strongly suggest this resort to anyone wanting a memorable getaway in Bhopal. We can't wait to come back!
