Room was very neat and clean but breakfast inside the hotel is not available here...they serve by ordering from outside the hotel

This is the worst hotel I' ve ever came across I will recommend not to book this hotel is not at all safe. First the receptionist will welcome you nicely and other person will show you the room. We have kept our luggage and everything and we went outside in the back of us they came to our without informing us and telling we came to clean the which is not needed we have checked in we didn't tell to do so any thing then regarding this when we have asked in the reception there was a drunkard guy was there and started fight with us and started abusing us that and telling this is our hotel we will do like this. They have done things behind our back and instead of asking for the sorry they started scolding is and made us to vacate the room. This is worst hotel I won't suggest anybody to book this hotel. Worst staff members worst hospitality.

Terrible Experience ’ Not Recommended AnymoreI had stayed at this hotel earlier when it was managed by Rivigo, and back then, the service and quality were much better. Based on that positive experience, I decided to book again ’ big mistake.This time, the service was absolutely horrible. They had intentionally turned off the geyser, and when I complained, they kept making excuses like ’there’s no water in the tank,’ ’the fan in the geyser is off,’ and other nonsense. Only when I raised my voice and mentioned that I would leave a review did they finally switch it on. That kind of behavior is just unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.The lift wasn’t working either, which was a big hassle since the hotel is on the second floor. Although bell boys were very humble and helped as much as they could.On top of that, the bathroom was very dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before check-in.Overall, it was a very bad experience and I won’t be staying here again. Posting this review so others are aware ’ the quality has gone way down and it’s no longer worth the money or the hassle.
