TBH, I never stayed but managed to book a room via WhatsApp for elderly parents.it was an absolute pleasure to deal with the front desk. They supported my elderly with care and respect and made sure everything was seamless. It’s never the brand, but the very people who represent the brand define what ’Guest Experience ’ is abt. The rooms and all common areas were spotless and well maintained.A special thanks to Roopa, Ashna, Renuka, Mini and Amal for their exceptional hospitality and warm service. Their professionalism truly made my stay memorable.

I had a great stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and affordable. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay. I requested an early check-in, and they accommodated it without any extra charges. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options.The highlight of my experience was the exceptional customer service. The staff responded promptly to every request without any delay and were always helpful and courteous.The location is another major advantage. It is close to Kadavanthra Junction, with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and other essential facilities, making it a very convenient place to stay.

My stay at Hotel Niko was nothing short of excellent. From the very first day until checkout, the hospitality was simply outstanding. I stayed here for almost 15 days, and by the time I had to leave, I genuinely felt sad because the hotel had become like a second home.One of the best things about Hotel Niko is that the pricing is very reasonable for the level of comfort, luxury, and service they provide. You truly get great value for your money. Every amenity that was mentioned during booking was exactly as promised. The rooms were comfortable, the property was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made my stay incredibly relaxing.A special thanks to Shibhi Hasrath, who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. In fact, every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and caring. They didn't treat me like just another guest’they treated me like family.The breakfast team deserves a huge round of applause. Every morning they would warmly encourage us to have a proper breakfast, just like our parents would. No matter how many times we asked for something, they never showed even the slightest irritation. They always served us with patience, a smile, and genuine care. That level of hospitality is rare to find.I would also like to appreciate the Front Office team, especially Roopa and Gokul, who were always friendly, helpful, and understanding. Manager Joseph was extremely kind, approachable, and professional, making sure everything was running smoothly. At the Sakaba Rooftop Bar, Prathik was incredibly friendly and made every visit enjoyable.One thing that truly impressed me was the hotel owner, who personally took the time to interact with guests. His friendly, humble, and caring nature reflects the culture of the entire hotel and shows how much they value every guest.The hotel's rooftop bar and restaurant are perfect places to relax and unwind, and its city-centre location makes it convenient to access everything around the city.I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Niko to families, couples, friends, and business travelers. I had a wonderful stay at Niko Hotels. The staff were always happy to help, consistently polite, welcoming, and always smiling.Both reception and room service were prompt, helpful, and considerate. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful pillow options with both thick and thin pillows provided. The mattress was on the softer side ’ I didn’t mind it, though guests who prefer firm mattresses may want to double check with the hotel team.The breakfast buffet was fresh, varied, and delicious, with the option of hot omelettes and tea/coffee made to order. Guests also have access to washing machines, a dryer, and irons, which is very convenient.The hotel is about a 15’20 minute walk from Kadavanthara metro station, and autorickshaws are easily available, usually costing around ’40. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that plays music in the evenings; it usually stops around 11 pm or so, can't be sure coz I fall asleep before that. While audible, it wasn’t too loud or bothersome for me.Thank you to the Niko Hotels team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.
