not recommended for family stay. staff are good but rooms resturant not maintained properly. full of dust etc

Not suitable for family stays. The staff are nice, but the rooms and restaurant are not well maintained and are dusty.

Overall place and climate always good , morning sun raises back side of Kundaru dam and Mountain View is awesome, very near to all private falls , rooms are good and spacious, morning breakfast also ok but afternoon and dinner most of the time not available, may be available at season times , other than that all are ok , and wifi will not work properly at rooms and all other area except reception, we cant call even because of mobile network not availability, they need improve wifi speed and connectivity , park area is good ’?

The overall environment and atmosphere are always pleasant, with the morning sun rising behind Kundaru dam and offering an amazing mountain view. The location is very close to all private waterfalls. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is acceptable, but lunch and dinner are often unavailable, possibly only offered during peak seasons. Aside from that, everything is fine. However, the WiFi does not work well in the rooms or other areas except the reception, and mobile network coverage is poor, making calls impossible. They need to improve WiFi speed and connectivity. The park area is nice 😊

the location is good as it is close and accessible to water. just that. the rooms were smelly and service was way poor. we found cooked housefly on our food from their restaurant. the restaurant didn't even attend to us in our room
