FabHotel Prime Shourya Residency

My stay here was terrible. The staff seem determined to ruin your experience from the very beginning. Despite having a prepaid booking made well in advance, they will refuse to let you check in without any valid reason. They claim the hotel is fully booked even when rooms are available. The Fabhotel support team offers no assistance either. You end up stuck arguing until rooms suddenly become available and you can check in. But the problems don't stop there; the service after check-in is even worse. Repeated calls to room service go unanswered, showing a complete disregard for guests. I wouldn't suggest staying here unless you're prepared to deal with unhelpful and careless staff.

The reception staff and service were the worst. I've stayed at many hotels of various standards, and a common trait among them is polite staff, which was lacking here. Problems began right from check-in. Room service was consistently inadequate. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and looking elsewhere.

Location is about 4 stars, but the nearby gents hostel causes noise that disturbs sleep at night. Service is very poor, maybe one star or less, except for the security guard. The reception staff lack professionalism and are quite rude. Despite calling, room service was not properly done during my two-night stay. Rooms are just average. Unless you have a meeting or work nearby, it's better to avoid this place and find better options.
