I reached at 4pm. But that boy in counter said abhi Khali nahi hai 5 bje ke baad ana. At top floor room is very bad. Not clean at all. Please don't go there go to some other hotels. Very disrespectful.

Terrible Stay Experience

Please don't stay at this hotel ’’??..I had a very bad experience at this hotel.The staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. The rooms were very unclean, and the bed sheets were dirty which made the stay uncomfortable.There was no proper facility for water geyser as the system was not working properly. The bathroom condition was even worse ’ toilet seats were broken and not maintained at all.Dustbins were not emptied, which clearly shows lack of basic hygiene.On top of that, when we requested a refund after making the payment (as we wanted to shift to another hotel), they refused to return the money.Also, do not book this hotel just by looking at the photos. The pictures shown online are completely different from the actual reality.Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
