Palm Stay - Studios & Rooms

I don’t even feel like giving 1 star for my experience with Hotel Palm Suites. I booked here twice and both times were terrible. The rooms are far from hygienic, the bathrooms are poorly maintained for the price, and the AC doesn’t work properly. The Mallu guy at the counter is extremely rude and behaves like he’s doing a favor instead of providing service.First stay: I booked for 3 days with my wife (a decision I’ll regret for life) and stayed only because no other rooms were available nearby. Even after paying the full amount, they refused any refund. On the third day, I extended for 2 more days. That night, after returning from a movie at 2 am with my phone switched off, the counter guy accused me in front of my wife of trying to run away without paying’without even checking our room, where all our luggage was kept. His childish behavior forced me to respond firmly.Second stay: I only booked because my designer friends were coming early in the morning and needed a place to freshen up before work. I booked a double occupancy room and listed their names in the registration form. When they arrived, he refused to let even one of them in. I came downstairs to talk, but he started being rude before I could say a word. I left immediately, giving him the same tone he gave me.If you’re looking for a place to stay nearby, never choose this hotel. Poor hygiene, broken amenities, and the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Our experience at Palm Suites, SG Palya, Bangalore was extremely disappointing. We had booked an AC room with early check-in, but were initially given a filthy non-AC room, and told to wait until 11 AM for a proper room to be cleaned after the previous guest checked out.At 11, we were shifted ’ but the new room was just superficially refurbished. The bathroom was soaked, with water dripping down the walls, black grime on the tiles, and an unhygienic-looking ventilation system. The so-called balcony faced a dump with visible feces nearby’ truly unacceptable.We ended up checking out shortly after and were charged ’1600 for a non-AC room, which is the same rate as the AC room we had originally booked. The pricing felt unjustified given the poor condition and complete mismatch from what was promised.

The hotel is average, it has good service and basic amenities, you get hot water, soap, towel, and a really high speed wifi, rest the room cleanliness is okay-ish, the bathroom is average, you wont get a perfect room but does the work.

A little bit pricey..the kitchen equipment in the studio type is not complete..
