Had a very pleasant stay at Park Central Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall ambience was calm and welcoming. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed with my family for 14days. Stay was wonderful. We enjoyed staying here as it is in proximity to all market & shopping places & good restaurants nearby. We did not encounter any problem during our stay. Staff was very helpful & kind. This hotel has a very big parking space. Lobby is also nice with comfortable sofas . This hotel has a bar & lounge. Guests can have drink in lounge. Bar is open for outsiders also.Food in hotel has variety which can be relished

The food was absolutely delicious, with a well-curated menu that satisfied guests of all ages. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.The arrangements were excellent, with attention given to even the smallest details. The ambience was warm and welcoming, perfectly suited for such a special occasion. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality’the staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the event.We are extremely grateful to the entire team for making this important day so special and stress-free for us. I would highly recommend Park Central Hotel, Ernakulam to anyone looking to host a family function or celebration. They truly know how to turn moments into cherished memories.

If you’re a fan of authentic Kerala fish curry meals, Park Central on Kaloor’Kadavanthra Road (near Kaloor bus stand) is an amazing choice ’ I’d rate it a solid 9.5/10.This was the first time I came across a Karimeen (pearl spot) curry in a full fish curry thali ’ and it was outstanding. The fish was fresh, perfectly cleaned (no black stain inside), and cooked to perfection. The curry itself was simply beyond words.The thali was a complete Kerala experience with ullitheeyal, thoran, upperi, erissery, avial and several other dishes, along with pappadam, pickle, kondattam and a satisfying payasam to finish.The ambience is pleasant and the staff are courteous, making the whole experience even better.Only regret? A decent hotel at main area. Rooms are ok but looks old. Service was poor. Inside bar was stinky. Breakfast spread was limited but food was good no doubt. Toiletries provides are good. Front office staffs are not providing any info. Overall a mixed bag of experience.
