We recently visited Pine Wood Resort, Karjat, and had a fantastic experience! The resort is surrounded by lots of beautiful trees, making it peaceful and refreshing. The area was clean and well-maintained, and the swimming pool was really nice.The only area that could be improved was the dinner. The food was a little bland, and adding a bit more spice and flavor would make it even better.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway!

The rules and regulations were very strict, making us feel like we were attending school while paying 9000/- per day. Even though it was Tuesday and Wednesday with only two rooms occupied, the staff seemed reluctant to provide service and kept pointing out the rules. After lunch and dinner, guests had to clear their own plates and throw them in the dustbin. Another problem was with the reservation lady, who seemed confused. Since we had a 4-year-old child, we requested a late check-out until 12, but she asked for an extra 1000/-. We then asked for at least an 11 am check-out, which she agreed to, but on the day of check-out, they called us demanding extra payment and started arguing. Overall, the experience did not match the charges. It felt more like being in a school or training center rather than a resort. The food was also not very good. My suggestion to the owner is not to burden the staff with so many rules and regulations, as it leads to a poor customer experience and discourages repeat visits. Since it's a weekend resort, guests should be allowed to enjoy their vacation freely.
