Clean rooms. The staff was extremely courteous, polite and welcoming. Especially By Mr. Manish Yadav, Overall, a very pleasant experience, highly recommended.

Worst place to stay and do any event. They just focus on money and harass you for money only. Specially when your an outsider. We had horrible experience they took 50k extra for no reason they asked us to kept the extra rooms and we had to pay for the we disnt event used those rooms.Also they just kept calling the groom during wedding. Totally worst experience. Do not book this property for any event or anything.

If you're visiting for a *wedding or function*, this place works fine ’ the rooms are okay and the stay was decent. But if you're expecting a *relaxing resort-like experience*, this might not be the right choice.The property feels *cramped*, with *limited open space*. There’s *no buffet breakfast*, though the food served was good. However, the overall setup doesn’t give off that *peaceful resort vibe* you might expect from a place labelled as a ’resort.’Also, being in Bhopal, the *lack of Wi-Fi* was quite unexpected and inconvenient.It appears this property was earlier *Shiv Shankar Residency*, now taken over by *Playotel*. Having stayed at *Playotel Guna*, I felt this one didn’t match the same standards.In short, it’s fine for a *one-night functional stay*, but not ideal if you're looking for a *calm, scenic, or luxurious
