FabHotel Prime President - Bhopal Railway Station

I stayed at Fab President Hotel, Bhopal, for four nights, but my experience was not satisfactory. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the AC functioned properly. However, the towels and bedsheets were dirty, the intercom phone never worked despite my complaint on day one, and the washbasin light was out. The room had a bad odor throughout my stay. The hotel is on a main road with a busy pavement market every evening until around midnight, causing noise. Breakfast was poor, offering only two food choices and a small cup of tea or coffee; extra cups cost extra, and there were no fruits, salads, or eggs. The staff were also unhelpful. Except for the room size and AC, the stay was disappointing. I would not stay here again. This is definitely not a three-star hotel.

I have never encountered such a bad experience as I did at this hotel. People should avoid staying here. The place is very dirty, and the staff is unpleasant and unclean as well. I felt stuck having to stay because I had already paid for four nights. Although breakfast was supposed to be included, it was only served according to their choice. This has been the worst experience since I started booking through booking.com. I believe all fab hotels in India might be like this. It damages the reputation of a company like booking.com. No one listens to your complaints. Booking this hotel was my biggest mistake. It looks good in pictures, but in reality, it is not. I could say more about this hotel, but I prefer not to.

They did not give us the room we had reserved and refused to provide it. In the end, I decided to leave and book another hotel at midnight. It was a very disappointing experience.
