Housekeeping services needs improvement as Tea supply was not kept Housekeeping staff should check at reception about guest not in the hotel n then enter room for cleaning Reception needs to track if guest concern is addressed by concern department Lift was non functional for 2 days ,no back up so not recommended for aged people or some one having health issues to climb stairs Intercom non functional for 2 days
The hotel is very well situated, particularly convenient for those visiting Bagmane Tech Park. The room had some small maintenance problems, but they appeared to be simple to repair. On the downside, the restaurant service was quite poor. I waited more than 20 minutes for poori during breakfast, and even after reminding the staff twice and with the restaurant nearly empty, the dish never came. I had to leave without it. I hope the management improves this aspect.

Solo Traveller • Jul 2026The phone was not functioning. The old TV, a brand called Baron that I had never heard of, does not support Netflix. It's unclear if opting for this TV actually saved money since many well-known brands are reasonably priced nowadays. Room service was just okay. The 2-pin kettle plug didn't fit the available socket. They also didn't accept cash for food payment. Overall, it was an average experience.
