Rosewood by Nature Resorts and Stays

Our family of seven stayed at Rosewood Ooty from September 10th to 12th and had a fantastic time. The accommodation was very cozy, the property was spotless and well kept, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They were always willing to assist and ensured all our requirements were met. The meals were outstanding — breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all excellent. We were fully pleased with our stay and really enjoyed our visit to Rosewood Ooty. Thanks to the whole team for making our family vacation so special. We would definitely love to come back!

We were three families traveling together. The accommodation is situated in the center of Ooty, on a hill. Although it's in the city center, it doesn't feel crowded; the environment is peaceful, quiet, and homely. The city is just a short walk away, close to various attractions, eateries, the lake, and gardens. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed for four days and three nights, and all necessary support like room heaters and hot water was available around the clock. The breakfast was wonderful, making us feel as if we were eating home-cooked meals prepared by our own mother, and our children enjoyed it too. We had no health or stomach issues, which is often a concern when eating away from home. The chef is very professional. The staff are friendly and ready to assist at any time. The property currently has four rooms; we booked three for our families. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We trust this place and would definitely book it again. Highly recommended. We will surely return to the same place in Ooty in the future.

This was one of the best experiences for me and my family. The rooms were nice, and the service from all the staff was excellent, especially Sarathy and Manager Nagaraj.

Good experience. Heritage bungalow and nice ambiance. Small property of 4 rooms with personalised service. Good homely food

This was the best experience I've had with such a place; the property manager was the standout feature, very kind.
