Solo Traveller • Mar 2026Our entire experience with this hotel was absolutely terrible. The staff are extremely uncooperative and unprofessional. Every small request is either bluntly denied or they demand extra money for it. Since our bus arrived early, we politely asked for a slight early check-in, and they shamelessly charged us ’1500 extra for it.The person responsible, Sanju, handled it very poorly.We had booked an Executive Room, but they gave us a much smaller room, which I later confirmed was actually a Deluxe Room. On top of that, the AC was not working at all, and there was continuous water dripping, making the stay even more uncomfortable.This hotel is clearly running dishonest practices. Please be aware of such fraud. I strongly recommend NOT booking this hotel if you expect a hassle-free and decent stay.
