We loved the stay. We came as a team. The food was amazing. Big thank you to Mr Santosh and Sunny for helping us organise and make changes in the last minute which helped our programs go smooth. We would also like to thank Esha who has been a huge help to us and very hospitable and making our stay feel very comfortable. We paid ’15,340 per night with only breakfast included, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was extremely unresponsive and negligent throughout our stay. We had asked several questions before booking, but they failed to provide proper answers, which prevented us from making a better-informed decision.The resort is definitely not worth the money. Most of the activities were either not functional or not usable. The dinner menu was ridiculously overpriced, and we eventually had to order food from Swiggy. Apart from a decent balcony view (around 3/5), there was honestly nothing much to do at the property. We’ve stayed at far better resorts offering much better experiences at more reasonable prices.Another major issue was their poor payment tracking system. We had paid the full amount in advance before check-in, yet the staff repeatedly kept asking us whether the payment had been made. It became extremely frustrating. They even called us after we had already checked out to ask again if the payment was completed.Highly not recommended, especially when Bangalore has several better resorts available at more reasonable rates that include all three meals, along with far superior hospitality and customer service.

The hotel staff was incredibly supportive, and the food was truly wonderful. The rooms and amenities offered excellent value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend a leisure stay with family, as well as corporate team outings. This hotel is a convention centre and resorts and is probably one of the earlier hotels in Blore. The resort is spread over a massive area as compared with modern day building hotels. However the location is a bit remote. It is very close to the airport and if your work is not beyond Hebbal then this is a good option to choose . Staff was nice. On-premise restaurants served good food and good breakfast. Rooms were big.

We stayed here for a vacation with our kids and chose a wooden cottage room. It was a truly fantastic experience. The view from the cottage was absolutely fabulous and very calming. The room was neat, well maintained, and quite spacious, which added to the overall peacefulness of our stay.The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, promptly acknowledging and addressing all our requirements. The food was also very good and matched the overall ambience of the place. Additionally, outside food can be ordered and is conveniently delivered at the entry/exit gate.The only minor drawback we noticed was some stamping noise from the first floor, as there seems to be limited sound insulation between the floors. Apart from this small issue, the overall experience was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
