Had a generally bad experience. Booked a suite room, which here means a longer standard room with a sofa. The bathroom had a serious water leakage problem. After many complaints, they agreed to change the room. Room service was very slow; ordering a cup of tea took over 30 minutes. The reception staff were unhelpful and never followed up when asked for assistance. Another issue was at the rooftop restaurant during dinner, where they did not provide drinking water. When asked, they said no complimentary water is available, so you have to buy it. This was my first experience in India where water is not served with meals. Many improvements are needed, especially in service.
