The plan was good but execution is not matching what has shown in picture. Disappointed with the beach access which is scary
We stayed for 2 nights with our two kids (both below 12 years old). Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are a few areas where the resort could improve.1. Room:We stayed in a double-bed room with two Queen-sized beds. The room was neat, clean, spacious, and comfortable for a family.2. Cleanliness & Comfort:The rooms were well-maintained and spacious, making the stay comfortable for our family.3. Swimming Pool:The swimming pool is quite small, especially considering the resort's budget and overall positioning. A larger pool would have been a great addition.4. Staff:The staff were very friendly, supportive, and helpful throughout our stay. This was definitely one of the positives.5. Complimentary Breakfast:This was one of the areas where we felt there was significant room for improvement. We expected a better variety, including bread, cut fruits, sausages, fully boiled eggs, etc. Unfortunately, the breakfast menu was quite limited. More variety, especially in the non-vegetarian and kids-friendly options, would make the experience much better.6. Indoor Play Area:There was no indoor play area with facilities such as carrom, chess, table tennis, etc. Our kids were expecting these activities, so this was probably the biggest disappointment for them. An indoor games area would be a valuable addition for families with children.7. Beach Access:Considering the resort's name and location, we expected some dedicated/private beach space for guests. Unfortunately, there was no private beach area, which was another expectation that wasn't met.Overall:The rooms, cleanliness, and friendly staff were the main positives. However, for a family resort, especially one attracting guests with children, we feel the breakfast variety, indoor activities, swimming pool, and beach experience could be improved considerably. With improvements in these areas, the overall family experience could be much better.
Completely deceived by some reviews and photos in Agoda and Google. It's absolutely nothing like that. Very average rooms and facilities. Open grass fields are not professionally maintained or structured. It was all a big mess. Water pools are not auto cleaned and maintained. It's dirty and unclean. The access road is broken gravel. Beach access is not straight forward. Very average food with bigger price tag. They need to improve their facilities a lot for price they're charging.
