Shilpi Hill Resort

The Hotel is very good but there is problem of limited staff.On investigating I came to know that behaviour with staff is not proper and even their salary is less than what they deserve , please behave properly with them.This much big Hotel with plenty of staff having their deserved salary will make the best for your Hotel

Excellent experience! You can book this without a second thought!Property: Well maintained property, complete with a range of amenities for recreation and garden. It is centrally located within close proximity to major attractions, market and food court. Rose garden is just 3 mins away by walking.Service: All staff members are courteous and polite, professional yet warm. 10/10.Rooms: Well maintained, clean rooms. Spacious and offer grest views.Restaurant and Food: Hygienic, delicious food available with a wide range of items available. Good quality food with dairy based paneer and milk based products that can be consumed without worrying about its quality. Attached to the hotel is a bakery and ice cream parlous offering really good quality cakes and decoration material for all types of celebrations.Most rooms come with a complimentary breakfast and the buffet spread is delicious.Amenities: Recreation zone with indoor games was arranged and maintained well. Even the gym had a wide range of equipments available. Unlike other hotels, their swimming pool was huge and clean enough despite being used by many guests.Its a place maintained with a lot of care and hope they continue the great job they do there! Kudos to the Management and staff at Shilpi Hill resort!(P.S. Also noticed they had a dedicated, good space allotted for staff cafeteria which is not commonly found in most places!)

Some days before me and my group members were stayed in shilpi resort.To be honest I don't like it at all.At the time of check in no one greet us they directly ask naam kya hai aapka, after that I've to wait so long for the luggage pickup in restaurant also they are doing service's while wearing sleeper's and they are smelling very bad, service was also poor they also don't know how to talk, no one was educated and no one was professional until I've met that guy.At night I've met two boys on reception one of them was totally different from other's, the way he communicate with us only that one boy knows English he was professional what he is doing. Not remembering the full name but by his sir name he's Mr. Shrivastav maybe he's a night manager. Under his guidance everyone was doing great.At night I was facing a problem regarding AC, same problem I've faced at evening also after reporting no one came for half an hour after that same problem repeated at night it's not cooling at all so personally he came in our room for checking and told his junior to change my room immediately very quick action he has taken.He was to smart by personality and while handling to us, so much politely, while looking that men at that time I was feeling that I'm in 5 star hotel because only there I've seen this kind of manager.Only because of this men Mr. Shrivastav I'm giving 5 star rating to this resort Mr. Shrivastav Totally changed my thinking about this resort

You come here to spend have good time with your family - overcharging for a packed water bottle priced (mrp) 20 inr- to almost 55+INR is insane . And when asking the ’highly expert Manager’ on this - they are like ’hum ne apko she’ll bola tha it’s 55 inr, for the food court bill they add to your room account with is fair- but then at the reception when paying the final bill - the same manager is like agar apka bill nahi banta to kuch ho sakta’ I mean seriously- we booked 4 rooms for 3 days - Paton close to 60k would 500 matter to the customers?? But @shilipiresort ’manager’ is above all -Urge to the tourists - explore other better experienced stay ’
