I visited last week with my family and we booked two double rooms. One great feature is that they message you a day before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and guide you on which platform to exit. They offer round-the-clock pick-up and drop services, which is especially helpful if you have elderly parents. The food is good, the rooms are excellent, and the service is outstanding. They provide detailed guidance, even from Darahan, helping you arrange boats and vehicles for early morning checkouts. I want to especially commend Ashish ji and his team for their fantastic work. Watching him perform the aarti in front of Kashi Vishwanath shows why he is so blessed. He is very polite and treats guests like family. Thank you, sir, for your gracious service. Your strength lies in your dedicated team who manage everything as if it were their own.
