Food quality pathetic. Sambar and chutney were pathetic. Not at all South Indian. Don't know how to cook Sambhar neither the chutney.

Ordered from here through Swiggy. One set dosa, one neer dosa and one idly fry. 3 dishes. Took them around an hour just to prepare. Order arrived after 75 mins, cold and hard. Idly fry and add-on green chutney (which cost additional 40 bucks) were missing. Both the dosas were uncooked and just tasted like flour. I don’t understand how this place has good ratings. Will NEVER ever order from here again.

We stayed there for 5 nights as couples. Our stay was excellent. Location of the hotel is good,staffs behaviour is good, cleanliness of room is nice. Breakfast and dinner in hotel is good. Only one issue in our room, there was no sunlight/window or balcony which is not comfortable for long stay.

Good Stay. Location is too good and you can walk to park street for good food or go to new market for some shopping.Hospitality is very good and they sanitize the luggage even now. Breakfast spread is good where you have wide variety to choose.Room is spacious enough for a small family and I would rate it as a good hotel.

It was an alright hotel with high prices. We booked a standard room but the manager gave us the superior room in that same price. That was nice. The superior room was itself not that great or big. That made us realize that if this was superior room what about the size of the standard room. That must have been like a store room then. So, the hotel was good with trained staff, polite behaviour, good food, everything was good, except the price and the room which also are an important factor while choosing a hotel. We got lucky that we got upgraded to superior room, but it would really not be worth it if you are paying so much and your standard room is like a box. So that is a big turn off, with this hotel.
