SPREE HOTEL KRIDAY

I am staying at the spreehotels. The property is very good, and the room rates are reasonable. The food quality is excellent, and all the hotel staff are courteous and helpful. A special thanks to Gayatri for her excellent service during breakfast. She was attentive, professional, and made our dining experience even better. Overall, I am having a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I came to this hotel as a guest and left wondering if I should just move in permanently. ’? The service was so good that I started feeling like a VIP. The rooms were spotless, the staff were friendly, and everything worked exactly as it should (which is rarer than it should be!).Every time I needed something, it appeared so quickly that I started suspecting the staff had superpowers. The food was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience was fantastic.If you’re looking for a hotel that treats you better than some of your relatives do, this is the place. We recently stayed at Spree Kriday Hotel in Dehradun, for 5 days and we had a wonderful experience right from the first day we checked in, all through our check out. We had a truly 7 star hotel experience, with all the modern amenities and requirements provided in the room, which was clean and spacious. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink, the Manager Mr. Bharat and the entire staff were very polite and helpful whenever we needed anything. The hotel is located in a prime area i.e. Rajpur road, wherein everything is available--eateries, medical shops, Pacific Mall-- all within walking distance. The hotel restaurant 'Feast' served a complete wholesome and delicious food and breakfast. The Chef and the restaurant staff takes good care of you. We would like to come and stay at the same place in future as well and we highly recommend this place to all visiting Dehradun. The hotel also has a lift. I stayed at the hotel with my family and had a fairly comfortable experience overall. We booked a superior room without a balcony, but the view from the window was pleasant, you can see the Mussoorie hills, which was a nice touch.The room was neat, the linens were clean, and the bed was comfortable. An extra bed and mattress for the kids were provided promptly as committed, without any hassle. Parking is ample, the approach road is good, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The food at the hotel was also good.However, service was noticeably slow. Staff seemed busy, and we often had to follow up multiple times to get things done. There was also no assistance with luggage at check-in or check-out, even when requested at the helpdesk.The minibar in the room was non-functional, and we were informed this is the case across rooms. It would be better to remove this from the listed amenities to avoid confusion, especially for guests who plan accordingly. Also, bottled water is not provided by default; only regular water is complimentary, while bottled water is chargeable. Though they have a rooftop sitting area, no one seemed to be using it.Overall, it’s a decent stay for the price. I would consider booking again if I don’t find a better option in the same range.
