My stay at Collection PNR Comfort OYO, Khairatabad was quite disappointing. The room was dirty and in bad condition overall. The service and the behavior of the staff were also unsatisfactory. The OYO app showed a price of ₹800, but the hotel staff charged me ₹1,100, taking an extra ₹300 without any clear explanation. I urge OYO to look into this matter and refund the additional ₹300 charged. Please also address the issues of poor room quality, bad service, and overcharging at this property. I hope for a prompt resolution and refund.
