Ixigo and hotel both rejected my claim of rescheduling and my money was wasted, didnt get scope to reach there that day.

Group • India • May 2026My concern is not about hotel Adri, they didnt cooperate as well as you guys team Ixigo. Adri hotel didnt get a penny I think. I wanted to reschedule and called you so many times. You guys promised to solve the issue as I accidently booked for 9th may, but I wanted to book for 10th May 2026. I DIDNOT WENT THERE, SO MY MONEY GOT WASTED. Hotel guys and your Customer representative pointed each other out. Oyo came between you two and controlled by imaginary strings. As I have paid already I lost my money though I have called 4 times to your customer care and 3 times to Hotel guys. No use of it. I used your app many times but this kind of non cooperation I haven't seen in the name of rules as both of you parties were blaming each other which was useless to me. I just requested for rescheduling promising to give the difference money. Very bad customer service though requesting for last 15 hours before check-in. Pathetic customer care help, they only want to please profitmaking boss, not customer. THIS FEEDBACK IS ONLY FOR IXIGO, NOT FOR HOTEL ADRI.

Solo Traveller • India • May 2026This hotel doesn't have proper cleaning. Bathroom is drastically bad condition. Shower not working. Bed also not properly clean. They don't allow out food.
