We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. We had booked the entire property for our group, yet the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. The staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional from the beginning.The service was absolutely pathetic. There were no active service staff available when needed, and basic assistance took far too long. Several washroom door locks were broken, which is a serious maintenance and privacy issue. On top of that, the rooms were not clean at all, it felt like proper housekeeping hadn’t been done before our arrival.Overall, it was a very bad experience, especially considering we had booked the whole property. Definitely not recommendedPlease don't book this property at any cost. Cancel your plan if there's no other property available.

Very Disappointing StayI had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was poorly maintained, cleanliness was below standard, and basic hygiene was clearly ignored. The washroom was dirty, linens did not feel fresh, and the overall ambience was uncomfortable.The staff was unresponsive and unprofessional, especially when concerns were raised ’ no proper resolution was offered. For the price charged, the services and facilities were completely unjustified.

What they show online and advertise is completely different from reality. The hotel promises comfortable amenities on their website, but the reality was extremely disappointing and stressful.Here’s what went wrong:’ False representation:The photos and descriptions online suggest spacious, well-equipped rooms with proper amenities. In reality, the room we got was shabby and did not match what was shown on the booking site.’ No basic essentials:Despite what’s listed on some booking sites, towels and basic toiletries were not provided initially. Even after repeatedly asking the staff, we were met with excuses and had to fight just to get towels.’ Poor cleanliness & maintenance:Rooms were not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene was far below acceptable standards. Many guests have reported similar issues, including dirty bathrooms and sheets and no Towels.’ Unresponsive staff:Requests for basic issues were ignored. There was little accountability or helpfulness from the hotel staff ’ which made the stay even more frustrating.’ Misleading booking experience:I felt cheated because what I paid for was not what was delivered.
