The greatest place I've ever been.

Do not book this place. The location and surroundings are bad: dirty, noisy, and even suspicious. For example, the window was full of garbage and the area felt unsafe. Please consider other options. Very disappointed.

Room was very dirty. Bedsheet and pillow cover is also not clean. Everywhere dust is there. They provide only one water as suite room. In washroom only two pouch of shampoo and one little shop. As we paid a lot amount for that room please redund the amount. You can see the condition of hotel as well room condition in photos

I am very upset with the booking experience I encountered. I paid 100% in advance and got a confirmed booking voucher for this property for my elderly parents through the platform. Luckily, I called the property today to double-check the reservation. To my shock, they told me there is no booking under my name and the property is fully booked for those dates. This is very troubling. How can a fully paid and confirmed booking be denied by the property? Worse, the person I spoke to was rude and refused to listen, even after I showed the confirmed voucher and payment proof. Due to this mismanagement, I am now rushing to find other accommodation for my elderly parents at the last minute, causing a lot of stress and trouble. This shows a serious coordination failure between the booking platform and the property. I expect an immediate solution, either a confirmed alternative accommodation of similar quality or a full refund with compensation for the inconvenience. If not resolved quickly, I will have to escalate this through consumer forums and public complaint channels. This has been one of the worst booking experiences I've had, and unless fixed soon, it will be my last time using FabHotels and Booking.com.
