The experience was very disappointing. When I tried to check out, I was instructed to do it offline, or else I wouldn't be permitted entry in the future. Additionally, there were bugs on the bed during the night, and the cleanliness and hygiene were below expectations.

Absolute Nightmare – Worst Stay Ever! Avoid This Place!

This was hands-down the worst hotel experience of my life. My family/group travelled through the night from Hyderabad to Delhi, completely exhausted after staying awake all night. We arrived just 2 hours before the standard check-in time, and instead of showing any basic hospitality, the proud, arrogant owner forced us to pay a half-day's room charge just to get into a room.It only got worse from there. The rooms were incredibly shitty, completely lacked cleanliness, and had a terrible, lingering bad smell. To top it off, the geyser didn't work. When we complained to the uncooperative staff, instead of fixing it or moving us to a proper room, they made us go to a completely separate room just to take a bath.The owner is extremely ill-behaved, and the staff lacks any sense of customer service. They exploit tired travelers rather than helping them. Save your money and your peace of mind—do not book this place.
