Staying at this hotel has been a terrible experience. Right now, I'm dealing with constant, severe power outages. It's shocking that in a tech city like Bengaluru, the hotel has no power backup at all—no generator or inverter. When the power cuts out, you're stuck in a hot room without AC, fans, or Wi-Fi. You can't charge your phone or get hot water. The staff offers only excuses and seems indifferent to guests' basic needs. Avoid booking this hotel at all costs.
