Location is in Lower Lachumiere in a convenient area from where Police Bazaar, Ward’s Lake, Cathedral, Hydari Park all are in walking distance.Maintenance can be bettered. Staff behaviour is very good. Food options limited in the dinner menu of the hotel.Ideal for a young solo traveler who wants to base at Shillong for a few days

These are the things which are meant to provided as basic but are not provided :- Soap, Shampoo, Toothpaste,Brush. On top of that provided stinky and stained towel initially but replaced with another one that's also not of a good quality. I stayed there for few days ,WIFI did not work because they didn't recharge. Initially I booked in OYO but extended a day with Agoda due to the well situated location. When complained about WiFi they gave bullshit reasons. Then I raised the issue with OYO . They made sure to bring WiFi up. Staff was polite but overall organizing was very bad.
