Bad sheet dirty and washroom not clean water not clean I think tank not clean horrible experience
Do not go there. This property is unclean, and the service is terrible. For example, there was no chair in the room. When I requested one, it took more than five hours to arrive.The bedsheets and pillows were dirty, and the room had bedbugs. When I asked for the sheets to be changed, the staff refused, claiming there was a shortage. I reminded them that I had paid in full for the room, but their response was simply, “You better make a complaint.”Overall, this place looks nothing like the photos shown on booking sites. The service is unprofessional, and the conditions are unacceptable.Verdict: Avoid this property if you value cleanliness, honesty, and basic comfort.
