1/5 — Worst Hotel ExperienceMy experience at Townhouse Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly maintained, unhygienic, and not properly cleaned. There were cockroaches in the room, broken furniture/items, and even used condoms were found inside the room, which is completely unacceptable.The service was also extremely poor. The staff and hotel members were rude and did not provide proper assistance when we raised our concerns. Overall, the room condition, cleanliness, hygiene, and service were far below acceptable standards.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Based on my experience, I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. Management seriously needs to improve the cleanliness, maintenance, staff behaviour, and overall hygiene standards.
