Suryagarh Jaisalmer

Our family of three, including our 2-year-old, recently stayed at Suryagarh Jaisalmer through the Jet to Jaisalmer package, and it was much more than just a holiday—it was a deeply immersive cultural journey. The package was well designed. We savored the Marwad Thali one evening and the Thar Dinner the next, both of which were more than meals; they were beautifully crafted experiences that introduced us to Rajasthan's rich heritage, traditions, stories, and flavors. Special thanks to Pranav, Madhu, and Rahul, who served us during these dinners. They did more than serve food—they shared the history behind each dish, explained its importance, and frequently checked to make sure we enjoyed every course. Their kindness and enthusiasm made both nights unforgettable. Our little one had an amazing time. The camel ride across the dunes was a memorable adventure, and the animal farm on the property—with horse riding and many friendly animals—became his favorite spot. We are grateful to Singali, who enthusiastically gave us a wonderful tour of the property and introduced us to the animal farm. Highlights for us included the room upgrade, the lovely swimming pool, and the inclusive beverage package, all of which greatly enhanced our stay. Each evening, returning to our room to find a delightful sweet treat was a thoughtful surprise we eagerly anticipated. What truly distinguishes Suryagarh is its people. From arrival, we were greeted with genuine smiles and heartfelt hospitality. Rajat patiently answered all our questions, shared the history and legacy of Suryagarh, and even gave us a tour of the beautiful Haveli, inspiring us to come back with our extended family. Paramjeet made our travel hassle-free by arranging our railway station transfers and organizing a comfortable cab for our city tour. Every interaction felt personal, showing that everyone truly wanted to understand our preferences, help us appreciate the hotel's legacy, and make our experience unforgettable. We rarely see so many smiling faces dedicated to making guests feel at home. The breakfast was equally impressive, offering a great mix of authentic Rajasthani dishes and international favorites. Suryagarh is not just a luxury hotel—it is a place where Rajasthan's culture, history, hospitality, and warmth come alive. We arrived expecting a luxurious holiday but left with treasured memories and a deeper appreciation for Rajasthan's heritage. Many thanks to Rajat, Paramjeet, Singali, Pranav, Madhu, Rahul, and the entire Suryagarh team for making our family's first visit so special. We look forward to returning.

Our time at Suryagarh was truly fantastic! Everything from the accommodation and cuisine to the service was outstanding. The team goes above and beyond to make you feel valued and to create unforgettable memories. I want to highlight Rajat and Balwant at the front desk—they were very accommodating, met all our needs cheerfully, and even surprised us with a lovely cake that said “Come Back Soon,” which was a touching surprise we won’t forget. The restaurant staff were just as courteous, professional, and attentive, making every interaction feel sincere and warm. I also want to thank Mr. Harshit from the restaurant. Suryagarh is more than just a stunning place; it’s the amazing people and their warm hospitality that make the stay so special. We had a great visit and are eager to return!

My experience with housekeeping was fantastic; Zulkernain and Subham were very efficient, respectful, and did their work flawlessly.
