Very disappointing and mentally stressful experience. Public ko kya samajh ke rakha hai? I had a confirmed booking clearly showing check-in on 4th and check-out on 5th (overnight stay). But when I reached the hotel at 10:30 PM, I was told it was only a 12 PM’6 PM day-use booking and I was denied accommodation.Ye condition booking ke time clearly mention nahi thi. Agar check-in window limited thi, toh basic courtesy hoti hai ki guest ko call karke arrival confirm karein. Mujhe ek bhi call nahi aaya.Sabse shocking part tha hotel manager ka behaviour. Instead of helping, he was argumentative and dismissive. Raat ke 10:30 baje guest ko send back karna without proper solution shows complete lack of professionalism and empathy.Due to this mismanagement, mujhe turant dusra hotel book karna pada which cost me around ’16,000. This entire situation was avoidable with proper communication.For a property that claims high standards, this experience was extremely disappointing.

Excellent service and warm hospitalityI had a very pleasant experience at Svenska Hotel, Andheri West, thanks largely to the exceptional staff. Sanjay was extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. His professionalism and prompt support genuinely made the stay comfortable.A special mention to Vikash, the desk manager, who handled everything with great efficiency and calm. He was approachable, proactive, and ensured that all requests were taken care of smoothly. His management skills and guest-first attitude really stand out.Overall, the service was seamless and welcoming. Experiences like this make a big difference, and I would happily recommend the hotel based on the hospitality provided by Sanjay and Vikash.

I wish there was a NO STAR option. This place should not even be considered as a hotel. We had a confirmed booking and upon arrival, they said the hotel is fully booked and that our booking hasn't been approved yet and the big rude arrogant guy (whoever he is, looked like the frontman) asked us two girls to go find another hotel in the middle of the night without even a single suggestion. He didn't even check our booking or the confirmations. I would not recommend this hotel as they have no courtesy and no manners to treat guests. Please check your booking beforehand or else you might be left stranded without help. I would suggest to simply close it down.One of the worst hotel and EXPERIENCES..PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND DON'T BOOK.

I've been staying at the Svenska Design Hotel for several days now, and I like this hotel the best because the staff is so good. (Mr. Shumal) and the butler team always greet you with a smile, saying good evening and good morning, which is very nice. Their English is also good. The room is very clean, and the washroom is spotless. The room has all the necessary amenities, and the mini-bar is well-stocked with various items, from snacks to drinks.

This surly is not a 5 star hotel as they claimed.This is a 2 star hotel. The rooms are so damp and cold. The carpets are very old and will surly give you sickness. The breakfast is one of the worst. Absolutely no service from any of the staff. There is no lobby and the reception is like a kiosk. Tons of mosquitoes. The room floor is vey sticky and dirty. The rooms charges is extremely very high.just a water bottle will cost you Rs 120.00 and yea Rs 300.00. Please don't book this hotel unless you want to get sick.The whole hotel had a very bad smell and Oder. The bedsheets pillow covers and the quilt were very old and damp
