Basic amenities like a dental kit were not provided, the soap quality was poor, and the overall cleanliness of the room was below expectations.Overall, I don't feel the stay offered good value for the money paid, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the property's hygiene, cleanliness, and guest amenities.
