THE ELEGANCE

I stayed at The Elegance, Benaras with my 80-year-old mother who has limited mobility, and this stay turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our journey. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and the food included in the stay was excellent. What truly stood out was the thoughtfulness of the team’meals were delivered to our room so my mother could eat comfortably without any inconvenience. The staff went above and beyond by arranging a wheelchair which we were allowed to take along for temple darshan. Because of this, my mother was able to have darshan at Kalbhairavnath and Annapurna Temple, places where special arrangements for senior citizens or differently-abled devotees are usually not available.A very special and heartfelt thank you to Ms. Diksha, whose support, empathy, and constant follow-up made this entire experience possible and stress-free. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Ishant, Ujjawal, Abhishek, and Amitabh for their kindness and cooperative nature. Everything felt like it happened by the grace and blessings of Baba Vishwanath, making this stay truly divine and unforgettable.

The property is conveniently located near the railway station; however, the overall experience was below expectations. The rooms are quite small, and the linens provided were not clean. Room service is also significantly delayed, typically taking around 45 minutes. Considering the high pricing, the services and ambiance do not justify the cost. Additionally, the breakfast served was below standard and needs improvement.

Good food. And all the staff were really nice. They all took care of the guest in restaurant. Also special thanks to Ujwal bell boy and Seema ma'am from restaurant were so polite and on point in their work.
