After booking for a 6 days long stay, the staff at the reception at 3:00 AM at 12 degrees centigrade with children the staff did not allow us to stay in the lobby nor he offered the room on payment basis in spite of availability. Food was very expensive. In the hotel industry hospitality is top priority. Forget hospitality they lacked humanity.
