The Greenwood, Guwahati : A Luxury Boutique Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Greenwood Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable.A special thanks to Rawan for her exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and ensured everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Had a wonderful stay at The Greenwood, Guwahati. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. The staff were extremely polite and hospitable. A special thanks to Bishnu for his exceptional service and kindness. The reception team was also very welcoming and helpful. It was truly a pleasant stay, and I'll definitely be visiting again. Its in beltola area about 15 mins from khanapara & panjabari. Rooms are not large but not small either. Rooms are Clean modern well lit with big windows. There is a nice restaurant & cafe in the hotel however the in room & restaurant prices are sky high. One can find pleanty of budget friendly & clean eateries just outside & nearby the hotel. Swimming pool is tiny. They also have a spa. Would have loved if they gave something like a 30% to 50% discount for hotel guests in the spa which many large hotels do. Staff are well mannered & friendly. Breakfast has decent spread & lacks only two or three items but overall you have everything you need. Taste & quality of food is good. They dont have a live counter for things like omelettes dosas & parathas but the satff gets them to your table on request. I found some items were being over very fast & took pleanty of time to be refilled. Very pleased with

Rooms are good and spacious, staffs are helpful but must say food is awefull and pathetic they gave a tillie chicken which was promised to have 5 pieces but instead had only bones and one small neck piece, the taste was also not great at all , breakfast menu needs to be improved as well. Everytime refilling is done its getting over due to small size of container. They mentioned a high tea which basically containes a tea/cofee and cookies thats it no savory or anything. Further to mention Water , tissue and basic things are missing from tables and need to ask everytime , no waiters are around so one has to get up and ask for it . Plus food options are very very less. Stay and all is good as location is good but food part I must say it is really very much dissapointing to a great extent.
