Having travelled the world and stayed at different places in US .from motels to Mariotte in Orlando, I can confidantly say that Kings residency is one of the best.1. Cleanliness 100 percent2. Budget friendly3. Courteous staff4. Close to Yashobhoomi auditorium5. A fridge and dining area to have food6. Menu card to order food and same delivered on time7. Free wifi8. Safe, good and easy access to airport9. Central loation10. Good complimentary BreakfastI would recommend a stay here is worth the money you spend instead of opting for expensive routine stay hotels. The staff were excellent and the property was tidy and well-maintained.

I needed a hotel close to the Yashobhoomi exhibition centre and chose The King Residency. They offer a secure, covered parking area and kindly allowed me to park my Royal Enfield there during my two-night stay. The service was outstanding, the best I've experienced in India — very friendly and helpful from the start. The manager, Sam, was professional and spoke perfect English, which was very helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, and soon I was in my room with two complimentary water bottles, able to relax after a tiring journey. A cup of chai from room service helped me unwind; the AC worked perfectly. Although they have a room service menu, I ordered from Zomato and the hotel had no issues; Sam personally brought my delivery to the room. I booked a single room but was given a full 2-bedroom apartment with kitchen and dining area, ideal for families or friends wanting separate rooms. The room was simple but very clean, with fresh sheets, a powerful AC, and a TV. My room had a balcony overlooking the street corner, perfect for watching local life. There's a chemist opposite and many shops and fresh produce vendors just seconds away, making it very convenient for shopping or self-catering. I requested a non-smoking room and got one, which was great. The hotel is about a 5-minute rickshaw ride (₹50 in 2026) from the exhibition centre's main gate, though the rickshaw can't pass the first checkpoint, so you walk the rest of the way inside. Walking back took about 15 minutes. It looks close to the airport on the map, but I don't know the actual travel time. The staff were polite and humble, never showing any bad attitude. They delivered chai and my Zomato orders with plates and cutlery, never pressuring for tips, which impressed me — clearly well-trained with a great attitude. Check-out was easy and pressure-free; when I asked for the room service bill, they said to forget it, but I insisted. I want to highlight the staff's professionalism because in some hotels, staff can be pushy about tips, but here there was none of that. I gave small tips to those who helped me, and they accepted them politely and gratefully. Even my plumber back home asks repeatedly for more money, so these guys set a great example for the Indian hotel industry. I highly recommend this hotel — I paid the lowest rate I could find and received the best service. Save time and book here. A++ Two thumbs up.

After the stress of travelling, this is the kind of check-in experience you want — awesome. A room service cup of chai later, and I was ready to chill for a few hours; the AC worked great.They have a room service menu, but I ordered Zomato delivery and the hotel had no complaints — in fact, when the Zomato delivery arrived, Sam the manager personally delivered it to my room.I booked a single room but was given a whole 2-bedroom apartment with kitchen and dining room! If you're looking for family-sized accommodation, or travelling with a friend but don't want to share a room, this would be the perfect arrangement.The room was basic but very clean, the sheets were clean, the AC worked great — full power cold in minutes — and there was a TV. My room had a balcony with a great view of the street corner to watch local life go by. There's a chemist shop directly opposite the hotel and many other general stores and veg and fruit sellers within 10 to 20 seconds' walk from the front of the hotel. You won't find a more convenient area to take care of all your shopping or self-catering needs.I asked for a non-smoking room and was given one — A+.It's a 5-minute (50 in 2026) rickshaw ride from the Yashobhoomi exhibition centre front gate, but the rickshaw can't go past the first checkpoint, so basically you're walking the rest of the way from the main road — about 5 minutes to actually step inside the conference centre lobby. Walking back took me about 15 minutes. On the map it looks really close to the airport, but I don't know how long that journey would actually take.The staff were all very polite and humble — no bad attitude from any of the boys, they were all good boys. They delivered chai and my Zomato orders on a few occasions with plates and cutlery from the hotel, and they never gave any attitude of demanding or pressuring for a tip or baksheesh. I thought this was very impressive — the staff have obviously been well trained and have a great attitude.Check-out was also very easy with no pressure — when I asked for the room service bill they said forget about it, but I insisted.I want to emphasize the professionalism of the staff, because in some hotels the staff have a bad attitude — if a worker carries your bags to the room or brings room service, they wait around or pressure you for a tip. I was very surprised here — there was nothing like that. I gave some small baksheesh to everyone who helped me when I left, and they were also very polite and grateful to accept it. Even my plumber back home asks two or three times for more money after a job — these guys are the perfect example for the Indian hotel industry of how to treat guests. I can recommend this hotel to anyone — I paid the cheapest rate I could find and got the best service.Save your time, stop looking anywhere else, and book here now.
