The Livin-Bani Park Warm

I’m shocked at how my genuine medical emergency has been handled by MakeMyTrip and The Livin Bani Park, Jaipur.I had booked my stay from 19th’22nd February 2026. Due to a medical emergency, I cancelled the booking on 18th February, well before check in, and submitted all required medical documents immediately. But the Hotel Denied the refund even after sharing all the documents . I tried reaching the hotel people , but the people sitting at reception has never connected me with any sales team . Straight denied the requestFor 11 days, I kept calling and following up with MMT Customer Support and the Escalation Team. Every time, I was given new timelines and false assurances that my case was under review.And today, after all the documentation, all the proof, and all the follow-ups, I am told that the hotel has denied the refund.How can a hotel be so insensitive and dismissive in a medical emergency?How can a platform like MakeMyTrip allow this kind of behavior from their partner hotels?This is not just poor service ’ it is a complete lack of empathy and accountability.I am tagging this publicly because customers deserve transparency, fairness, and basic humanity.I expect a proper resolution and my refund to be processed immediately.

I stayed in hotel livin during my jaipur to Jaisalmer trip. The overall experience was excellent. The room was neat and clean also the specious one. The food quality was stomach filling and light. Maybe you can find it a little far from the destination places but the location is peaceful. You can definitely look for this hotel if you are looking for a budget friendly good hotel in Jaipur.

Really loved the stay....staff is so polite and humble...each and every order is fulfilled within 5-10 min hardly....quick service and hygiene is maintained as well....my son is picky eater and they have always prepared a customize meal for my son ....Highly recommend...budget friendly Hotel in Jaipur...Do visit.’’
