Exceptional Service & An Unforgettable Stay!I cannot say enough good things about my recent stay at Zone by The Park, Jaipur! The hotel itself is modern, vibrant, and incredibly comfortable, but what truly sets this place apart is its outstanding hospitality.During my stay sometime back I had a mini-heart attack moment when I accidentally lost my gold ring straight into the swimming pool. When I informed at the desk the staff were incredibly patient, determined, and kind, refusing to give up until the ring was safely back on my finger.It is rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their guests this much. They turned what could have been a vacation disaster into a moment of pure gratitude.Amazing amenities, great vibes, and absolute rockstars for staff. If you are visiting Jaipur, do yourself a favor and stay here’they will truly look after you! Kudos to the entire team!

Manish Bhaiya ’ HousekeepingManish Bhaiya is truly an extraordinary person.This was my first time visiting Jaipur, Rajasthan, and I never imagined I would meet someone who could make an unfamiliar city feel like home. Whether I needed guidance, support during illness, or simply someone to talk to after a long day, he was always there with kindness and genuine concern.Even a 15’20 minute conversation with him could completely brighten my day. I honestly feel emotional knowing that after checking out, those conversations will become less frequent.To everyone reading this feedback: whenever you visit Rajasthan, please consider staying at Zone By The Park Hotel. After reading the reviews we were worried about coming here but had a good experience here. The room was clean and smelled nice. We tried to go to the rooftop bar but it was a dry day so it was closed. We ate downstairs at the restaurant and the food was tasty, only adding 5% tax when we’ve previously been charged 18 - 25% tax. Nice staff and a great breakfast spread in the morning! It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel though more a 3 but we had a great experience anyway for the one night we stayed.

Beautiful experience.Thank god I stayed in this hotel. They have Wonderful staff. Special mention Chef Lucky.He prepared everything on demand for my daughter without any hesitation.Meena and Saanvi at reception were so welcoming. I left my baby food at hotel. They helped me a lot out of their way. Restaurant staff Apinee and Mohit. They took care of our daughter so that we can have our food. They should have higher rating. Reasonable hotel with 5 star staff.

Review for Hotel Zone ’ Jan 11 Event’Extremely poor experience at Hotel Zone during our Lohri Exhibitionand Nature's Grace Achievers awards ceremony.The staff is highly uncooperative and the logistics management is non-existent.’We were forced to carry all our exhibition materials to the basement ourselves as no bellboys were provided. When we raised this concern, the Operations Manager, Mr. Bharat misbehaved with a senior member of our team, mockingly telling them, "If you can't carry your stuff, you should not be putting on an exhibition."’A venue that lacks basic courtesy and physical support for its clients is not fit for hosting events. Avoid this hotel if you value professional service and respect.
