Nokha House

The perfect spot for a family.

Space and location was very good, somewhere in the mid of the Jaipur city.I stayed there last year in the month of October at Nokha House and unfortunately, the experience fell below my expectations. While the property is located in a quiet area and offers a break from the hustle of the city, several aspects of the stay were underwhelming, making it difficult to recommend.The room itself was quite basic, which would have been acceptable had it been clean and well-maintained. However, the room felt worn and in need of some serious updates. The furniture looked old, and the bed was uncomfortable, with thin mattresses that made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The linens and towels also seemed a little overused, and while they appeared clean, they had visible wear and tear.Cleanliness:This was perhaps the most disappointing aspect of the stay. The bathroom had mold in some areas, particularly around the shower, and the floor didn’t feel like it had been properly cleaned before our arrival. In addition, the kitchen area in the common space was cluttered and poorly maintained, which made it difficult to use. For a homestay that promises comfort and relaxation, cleanliness is key, and it simply wasn’t up to standard here.Amenities:The homestay advertised basic amenities, but several of them were either lacking or not functioning properly. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent and slow, making it hard to stay connected or get work done. The hot water in the shower was unreliable, and after a long day of exploring, this was a major inconvenience. There was also no air conditioning or fan, and the room felt stuffy, especially during the warm afternoons.Host Interaction: it's goodLocation:While the homestay is located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s somewhat near from the main attractions and public transport.Value for Money:Given the lack of cleanliness, unreliable amenities, and the subpar host interaction, the price we paid for the stay seemed unreasonable. There are likely better alternatives in the area offering more comfort and value for a similar price.Overall, my stay at Nokha House was below average. The property has potential but desperately needs better upkeep and attention to detail. While the quiet location might be appealing to some, the lack of basic comforts and amenities really detracted from the experience. I wouldn't recommend this homestay unless improvements are made in cleanliness and guest care.

I went to Kahani restaurant, it not nokha house now.. It's really bad, don't go there.. Menu is limited and not tasty. Service is poor and staff not qualified to serve guests.

Property is nice. Stay was peaceful.

It was a very nice stay. The rooms were clean and the host Yadvendra and his family is very nice. You can have homely food prepared in their kitchen.Rooms were budget friendly, hygienic and clean with ventilation.
