At check-in, there was no staff present for about 10-12 minutes. When we got to the room, it was clean but all the furniture had very sharp edges, which caused several injuries during our stay. This is a major safety issue to consider. No one came to clean the room or collect garbage during my 3-day stay.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The rates varied between rooms, and I chose the priciest one because it listed a swimming pool among its amenities. Nowhere was it stated that using the pool would cost extra. Upon arrival, I was told the pool wasn't part of the room price and that I needed to pay an additional ₹450 to access it. This should have been clearly communicated beforehand. It seems the hotel misleads guests by advertising a pool to attract bookings but then charges separately for it. If you expect the pool to be included, be prepared to pay an extra ₹450.
