Due to an emergency situation, I had to request some modifications to my stay at Ocean Pearl. However, the process was quite frustrating, as Agoda informed me that the property had not agreed to the changes, while the Ocean Pearl staff told me that the changes had to be made by Agoda.In the end, I had to leave the hotel on 5 September even though I had already paid for my stay until 9 September. I was left going back and forth between Agoda and the hotel without a clear resolution, which made an already difficult situation more stressful.
Had a wonderful stay at Ocean Pearl, Udupi! ❤️ The entire hotel is absolutely beautiful and looks next level-elegant, luxurious, and very well maintained.What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The hospitality was excellent and made us feel so comfortable.Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely one of the best stays in Udupi. Would absolutely love to visit again!
We went as a family with a very active toddler. Had a great stay and everything was comfortable. Food was great at the breakfast and restaurant. Would definitely go back next time.
